Spreader Feeders
Typical applications
- Spreader feeders are for vertical and horizontal feed installations taking the narrow stream of material and spreading to a wider area for further processing.
- Spreading material over vibratory screens
- Spreading material for optical or X-ray sorting equipment
- Spreading material over eddy current or magnetic separators
- Spreading material for ballistic separating equipment
- For feeding screens or other processes having infeed widths as low as 600mm with discharges up to 4m wide
Design Options
- Fabricated from mild steel or stainless steel (304 or 316)
- Wear resistant liners (Steel, Plastic, Rubber or Specialist coatings)
- Manufacturing capability to any width
- Suitable for sizes up to 4m width, larger sizes available on request
- Options for fitting wear plates within to resist abrasive material
- Can be supplied with a support frame if required
